Parkview Kids exists to assist families in the spiritual development of children by providing a safe and nurturing place for kids from birth to 6th grade.  Parkview Baptist Church is dedicated to partnering with families to lead children to become devoted followers of Christ. By using age and graded lessons, small group discussions, and a rotation of activities, we strive to be intentional as we learn Biblical truths and apply them to daily life.  We look forward to seeing you this weekend or Midweek or both!

Kids Ministry happens on the Preschool Hall and Kids' Hall. Bed Babies through Pre-K 4s meet on the Preschool Hall for Sunday School. Dedicated volunteers lead them in various activities to help reinforce the Bible lesson for the day. Kinder–6th grade meets on the Kids' Hall for Sunday School. Kids are divided into groups by grade, and volunteers team teach. We use The Gospel Project curriculum to lead our discussions.

During the 11:00am worship service, we provide extended care for Bed Babies through Pre-K 4s and Kids' Church for Kinder through 4th grades. Our effort is to provide kids with sound biblical teachings, as well an environment to move and sing.
(Kids' Church is not offered on 5th Sundays or holiday weekends.)

 We always have Kids' Worship Bags available in the lobby at the Welcome Desk for kids who attend worship services with their parents. The bags contain general activity sheets, a Kids' Bulletin that has sermon-specific activities and discussion questions, and a small snack/treat.

(Extended care for Bed Babies is also offered in the 8:30am worship service, but Kids' Church is not.) 

On Wednesday nights, our Bed Babies through Pre-K 3s meet on the Preschool Hall, and Pre-K4s through 4th grade meets on the Kids' Hall in the Kids' Assembly Room. Our 5th and 6th Graders meet for a time of discipleship on the Kids' Hall as well. Midweek kicks off with Courtyard/Gym Time at 5:45, and kids move to the Assembly Room at 6:00pm. We continue the current Kids' Church on Wednesday to reinforce what has been taught there. But, even if kids miss one or the other, they will still be able to jump right in!
